Emedia that the best approach for us is to rebuild the system using our preferred programming language Microsoft ASP.Net 2.0 / SQL 2005. This is not to say that this is going to be a "start from scratch" job for Emedia. We have already spent the past 4 years developing a "best practice" event ticketing, customer communication and database management system that almost meets your requirements in it's current form.
Our initial quote is based upon charging a $40,000 software development fee that is fully recoupable against a modest $1.50 per registration fee. The registration fee covers software license fees and third party credit card processing fees.
We are confident, with collaboration; we can produce "exactly" what is needed along with easy and affordable payment terms.
Another feature of Emedia is our online marketing ability and creativity. We are experts at building event websites. Our events sites stand-alone. They are not a single page on a generic event site, but a fully integrated website with a custom look and feel.
